What’s for Dinner: Fasulia (made with ground beef, rice pilaf and a side of sautéed cabbage.) I had a job in the south suburbs of Chicago and worked with a woman who introduced me to Middle Eastern food. I looked forward to days that I could afford to buy lunch because we would order from this place around the corner. Either that or she’d bring enough food to share and during lunch she’d share recipes with me, this being one of them! This also being one of my favorite dishes. I am so excited for left overs!
